- Process check — €990 net, fixed price, results within a week. We look at up to three of your processes on site and tell you in writing where an agent pays off, what it costs and where it does not.

- Operation — from €290 net per agent and month, cancel monthly. We run and improve your agents: monitoring, model updates, changes when your processes change.

## Typical first agents
- Inquiries and service: The agent reads inquiries from inbox and forms, answers them and enters them into your system. Only what is genuinely new reaches your team.
- Quotes: The agent reads requests with their drawing or parts list, checks stock and prices and sends the quote following your sales team's pricing rules.
- Orders and documents: The agent captures orders, delivery notes and invoices from PDF and email, matches them against order and goods receipt and posts them. If something does not match, it writes to the supplier itself.
- Company knowledge: Manuals, inspection reports and notes become searchable. New colleagues ask the agent instead of the expert about to retire.

- IT helpdesk, networks and licences. Your IT provider stays responsible for that.
- Round-the-clock on-call service. The agents work at night too; we are available on working days.
- ERP rollouts such as SAP. We connect to them, we do not replace them.
- High-risk uses under the AI Act, such as candidate screening.
- Many projects at once. We deliberately take on few.

- Our own back office: Our invoices are created automatically. Our own system filed the 2025 financial statements with the tax office via ELSTER.

- An agent on the night shift: One of our agents researches alone every night, and a second one checks its results. Only what passes fixed rules is published.

## Team
- Frederik Rogalski, Founder · Management and development: Frederik runs Revoki and builds the agents. He studied AI engineering, and over eight years of production digitalisation in the automotive industry he has connected machines and brought AI models for defect detection into live production. He looks at your processes on site and stays responsible until the agent runs in day-to-day work. He grew up in Bad Friedrichshall and plays keyboards in the 80s cover band POLAROiD.
- Marcel Grote, Founder · Finance and administration: Marcel handles the business side of Revoki: business processes, administration and taxes. He has automated part of it for us: invoices are created every month on their own, and the electronic balance sheet goes straight to the tax office. He studied software engineering and then AI and data science at the University of Stuttgart. His case study on building AI systems was published in 2023 at CAIN, an international conference on AI engineering.

## FAQ
- Where do the agents run, and where does our data stay? In your own building, on your own AI servers if you like, or in a German data centre. We use language models processed in the EU that are not trained on your data, and we sign a data processing agreement with you.
- What if an agent gets something wrong? You decide what an agent settles on its own, for example quotes up to a certain amount. Anything above that it brings to you ready to go. Every step is logged, and mistakes go into the next version of the agent.
- Do agents replace our people? They take over routine work so your people have time for customers, quality and development. With skilled workers scarce, that is relief, not cuts.
- Does the works council have to agree? If a system can monitor performance or behaviour, yes (§ 87 BetrVG). We plan for it from the start and prepare the documents.
- What does the AI Act require? Since August 2026 people must be told when they talk to an AI. We build the disclosure in and document the use. We do not build high-risk applications.
- Is there funding? Yes. Baden-Württemberg's innovation voucher covers up to 50% of project costs, at most €20,000, when a young company from the state delivers. The application must be filed before the order.
