# Your network drive knows more than your website

A music school had eleven years of tournament history on its network drive, and our agents turned it into a website in one evening.

## Eleven years in one folder

The Musikschule Unterer Neckar, a music school near Heilbronn, has run a charity golf tournament since 2015, and everything it ever produced for it sat on its network drive: programme booklets, press releases, minutes and more than a thousand photos. Almost none of it was on the website.

So we gave the drive to our agents. One evening later, every edition since 2015 was on [golfmusikwein.de](https://www.golfmusikwein.de/archiv/), and every figure there goes back to a document it came from.

## They did not guess

It got interesting where two documents gave different figures. Under time pressure, a person would probably have picked one and moved on. Instead, the agents reported that the figures do not match, and the number only goes online once the music school has confirmed it.

## The test with our smallest model

Before the site went live, our smallest AI model had to use it, following a simple rule: if it gets it, everyone gets it. It searched in vain for the golf club's address, because it really was nowhere on the site. Now it sits right next to the programme.

## And at your company?

Your drive probably holds years of quotes, inspection reports and manuals that hardly anyone opens any more, and that is exactly what our agents work with.
